Buzz Wire AR — Privacy Policy

Buzz Wire AR ("the app", "we", "us") is an augmented-reality arcade game. This policy explains what limited data the app handles and why. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your email, name, or contact details to play.

What we collect

• Display name & scores (optional): If you set a name in Settings and post to the worldwide leaderboards or play a challenge/battle, that name and your scores/times are stored on our backend (Supabase) so others can see the rankings. You choose the name; you can leave it blank.
• Gameplay data: Levels completed, scores, times, distances and streaks — stored on your device, and on our backend only for the leaderboard features above.
• Camera: The game uses your camera to place the wire in your room and track your phone. Camera frames are processed on-device for AR and are not recorded, uploaded, or stored by us. (If you tap "Share clip", a screen recording is created locally and shared only where you choose.)
• Advertising & analytics: We show ads via Google AdMob. To do this, AdMob may process advertising identifiers and device/usage information to serve and measure ads. If you decline App Tracking Transparency, you'll see non-personalised ads. Purchasing "Remove Ads" disables ads.
• Purchases: The "Remove Ads" purchase is handled entirely by Apple's App Store / StoreKit. We never see your payment details.

Who we share it with

We use these processors: Supabase (leaderboards, real-time battles), Google AdMob (advertising), and Apple (App Store purchases, optional Game Center). We do not sell your personal data.

Children

The app is rated for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. It contains third-party advertising. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Your choices

• Leave your name blank to stay anonymous on leaderboards.
• Decline tracking at the App Tracking Transparency prompt for non-personalised ads.
• Buy "Remove Ads" to turn off advertising.
• Manage ad personalisation any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
